A 3700 sq ft private residence built on a 0,15-acre land plot in an elite, quiet location bordering a national park.
This house started with a beautiful sea view… and a 23 ft elevation difference on the site.
The house combines modern architecture with subtle Mediterranean influences, creating a balanced and timeless aesthetic.
The project includes a double-height entrance hall with a 23 ft ceiling, panoramic glazing, two sea-view bedrooms, flexible workspaces, and carefully planned living areas.
Structural solutions were designed for long-term durability, energy efficiency, and everyday comfort.
Exterior materials include natural stone and mineral finishes.
The interior was designed in collaboration with my wife, focusing on light, openness, and a calm minimalist atmosphere.
