The architecture blends modern design with Mediterranean influences, resulting in a clean, balanced, and timeless form.

The house features four bedrooms, a spacious kitchen–dining area, a home cinema, multiple balconies, and a covered terrace designed for year-round use.
The structure is based on a monolithic reinforced concrete frame with deep pile foundations and 12-inch-thick masonry infill walls.

Only natural materials were used on the façade, emphasizing durability and long-term aesthetics.
Large-format glazing and increased ceiling heights create a sense of openness, light, and spatial comfort throughout the interior.
