Terrain-Driven Architectural Concept

A thoughtfully designed home where everyday living unfolds on one level, despite a steep natural slope.

A 2300 m² private residence designed and built on a steep hillside site, where architectural planning was driven by comfort, accessibility, and efficient use of terrain.
Despite the challenging slope, parking, primary living spaces, and a 35 m² terrace are all located on a single level — eliminating unnecessary stairs and transitional areas.

The main living area features an open-plan kitchen and living room with a vaulted, dome-shaped ceiling following the roof geometry and a large 2 × 3 meter panoramic window that fills the space with natural light.
The primary level also includes a bedroom, a children’s room, a home office, and essential service areas.

The lower level is dedicated to leisure and hosting, offering a spacious entertainment zone with its own kitchen, lounge area, sauna, jacuzzi, and guest facilities — creating a fully independent recreational space.
